Return and Refund Policy

At Suivre Soleil, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products, event registrations, or vendor fees once a purchase or booking has been completed.

Please review all event details, ticket information, and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds or credits may only be considered in the rare case of an event cancellation by Suivre Soleil. In such instances, we will notify all registered participants and provide next steps, which may include a rescheduled date, credit toward a future event, or a partial refund—at our sole discretion.

Event Changes

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. No refunds will be issued for schedule adjustments or personal scheduling conflicts.

Location Changes & Weather Adjustments

Suivre Soleil reserves the right to change event locations or modify event setups due to weather conditions, natural factors, venue issues, or safety concerns.

Location changes, indoor moves, or weather-related adjustments do not qualify for refunds, as long as the event still takes place in any form.
Suivre Soleil is not responsible for additional costs incurred by participants due to such changes (including transportation, parking, or lodging).
